  • Noah Cargos offers air freight and shipping services (vans, cars, trucks, and container group age)  from the UK to Nigeria, including door-to-door delivery.

  • We do not accept dangerous goods, weapons, explosives, ammunition, counterfeit goods, animals, bullion, currency, gemstones, human remains, illegal items such as ivory and narcotics, or hazardous materials.


  • You can place a pickup order via phone call, email, SMS, or by delivering your package directly to our UK warehouse.

  • To cancel a pickup, you must provide at least 24 hours' notice. A cancellation fee of £20 may apply if proper notice is not given.

  • It is the sender’s responsibility to ensure all items are securely packed, cushioned, and wrapped for safe transport. Fragile items require extra packaging as they are shipped at the sender’s own risk.  However, Noah Cargo  can offer to do the packaging but a packaging fee will apply based on the size of the item and the type of packaging requested/required.

  • Yes, oversized or overweight items may incur additional surcharges for repackaging or be advised to repack. Please contact us for specific weight and size limits.

  • Once your shipment is in transit, you will receive an update to monitor its progress. Contact us if you require further assistance.

  • If the recipient cannot be reached or refuses the shipment, we will attempt to return it to the sender at the sender’s expense. Unclaimed shipments after 7 days may be disposed of or sold to cover administrative costs.

  • If your package is damaged or lost, notify Noah Cargos in writing within 24 hours of delivery. Provide supporting documents such as receipts or invoices to assist with the claim process.

  • Fragile items are shipped at the sender’s own risk. Noah Cargos cannot guarantee their safety during transit. Proper packaging is essential to minimise the risk of damage.

  • Yes, but it is crucial to ensure proper packaging. Note that Noah Cargos is not liable for damage to TVs or appliances packed with other items.

  • Full payment must be made within four working days of the pickup date. Failure to pay on time may result in delayed shipments or disposal of unclaimed goods after 7 days.

  • Delivery timelines vary depending on the shipment method and destination. Contact us for estimated delivery times for your specific shipment.

  • Yes, unclaimed goods may incur a daily storage fee of £15-£20, depending on the shipment size and duration of storage.

  • While we accept certain perishable goods, we are not liable for damages or spoilage during transit. Proper packaging is essential.
